I made this today for a potluck and thought that for May, instead of the rosettes on top, pipe a white ribbon on each square after they are cut. It might even get people thinking about the cause more as they eat it! Kelcy |

Someone made these at our last cluster meeting and they were kind of messy after we cut them. (they fell apart)She made them in the rect. baker though so she could put the top on and drive. I bet that was the difference. They were soooo yummy though. After I had them, I came home and made Pink Lemonaid in my QSP!
This recipe is great too, gets me excited for summer!

I bet the pan was the difference. I used the bar pan and doubled the recipe (except for the lemon zest) since I don't have the meduim bar pan yet. They didn't fall apart at all. |
