I've done these for the past 3 years. My customers look forward to them. With mid-season products coming out in May, it's going to be that much BETTER!
No demo, just strickly Open House...products out, PINK recipes only (including PINK punch), and this year Mid-season products (yeah!)...
They get raffle tickets for various tasks. Off the top of my head, I do:
~ just for coming (1 tickets)
~ wearing pink (1)
~ RSVP (3, cuz I want to know the numbers coming)
~ bringing another adult (not invited by me) (2)
~ bringing out side orders (5)
~ booking a party (5, 10, 20, usually have 3 catagories in the next 3 months. The higher raffle value is for the month I WANT bookings in)
~ signing up (50)
There's more...just can't remember right now.
Then I also have a contest...the person bringing the most orders for PINK products. I send out a "pre-order" form to them. Last year a gal collected 87 items...I give them something...every year is different...last year, gave her something at 50% off and a Large Round Stone.
Everyone gets some kind of goodie bag...last year was the cellophone bag of Oreo truffles, drizzled with pink ~ used the HWC pin to close the bags!
Pink plate, cups, napkins, forks, etc. ~ American Cancer Society brochures ~ advertize for our local area walkathon for ACS.
To make it successful, treat this as a regular show...send invites to everyone you know who eats, CALL them to remind ~ EVERYTHING you tell your hosts to do.
HTH ~ I'll post later if I REMEMBER anything else!
