I usually sign them. I figure they get stuff from me all year that is purely business based and a Christmas card is the one thing that I do send that is personal from me. I usually put a little saying inside that is printed, but I sign it Your Pampered Friend, Michelle. Sure it's a lot of writing, but I think it's worth it for them to see me as more than just a sales person. I usually start early too so I don't have to do them all in one day. Michelle |

When I first signed up w/PC I purchased a 3-in-1 rotating stamp from Office Depot: one had my name & addy, one had a For Deposit Only to my banking institution/account #, & the last one had my sig. I can't tell you how many times I've appreciated using the sig stamp when I've had lots of checks from shows. Anyhoot, it looks just like I signed my name b/c it was taken from a copy of my signature. All this to say is if you have carpal tunnel as I have from time to time (esp when I handwrite for any length of time), knowing that it won't help you out RIGHT NOW, you might want to look into getting one of these for yourself in the future. Perhaps for now, just add whatever it is you can say "generically, speaking" via a typed up message, but then just add your sig at the end like Michelle & Heather suggested. Just my 2¢, Marian |

Here's a recommendation for the future. If you can think to do it sign the cards all year long as you go through your year. Another words after a show as you are printing the reciepts and going through all the rest of the steps add one more and do the cards that you want from/for that show. then store then ina card box or file index box and you won't have to worry about it at the end of the year. It saves you time and maybe even money as you can stamp them as you go also so the money is spread out over the year not all at one time. Just a thought, It may be one of those things I incorporate this new year. Good Luck Tiffany |

My late father was a long-time realtor. He always hand wrote his holiday cards (he sent Thanksgiving cards and very nice inspirational calendars for Christmas). For a "formal" ie business type card a stamp or computer label is acceptable but a Holiday greeting is informal and personal so it is nicer to do them by hand. |
