I am very thankful to see this attitude in you...I am very guilty of not seeing the light at the end of the tunnel, of being too negative...I feel that someday your life will turn around, you are young, you have someone to help you, 2 plus's for you.... |

I am so aggravated right now and heartsick too. My youngest sister, the "black sheep" of the family, embarrased me and my other sister so much yesterday when closing on the mortage. She ranted and raved at us in front of the lawyer and mortgage broker, and was so horrible. All this came out of the blue. SHe has been aware since mom passed away that she was due only 25% of the estate, because she ran mom into the ground over the years, and mom fixed her trust to leave my other sis and I more because of it. She screamed that we made mom do it and mom never would have done that, and all kinds of horrible things. All I can figure is that she has already run through the stock she was issued, $42,000 value, and is now running out of money. Somebody has told her she was getting gipped, and she has run with it. It just makes me sick that my mom had to put up with this behaviour all the time, til she died. Angie used to scream and rant at her til she gave in for more money. Well, that is off my chest now, so I'll shut up and try to get in a better humour. |

Sorry about that Nancy...Some people think they are owed something regardless of whether they did anything or whether they were good to that person....It's sad in a family but happens so often......peggy |

Very sorry Sheila...Living in a household with a alcoholic (which he sounds like he is) is a very frustrating, stressful situation..If you can get your own place, I would suggest you do so..The problems tend to radiate through the whole family..This is not to say that your brother in law is a bad person, just one that has problems, which only he can fix...Feel free to discuss here whenever you need to.......Peggy |
