| David C!!!! David A can suck it. He's a good singer, but talk about being bored. I like watching paint peel and water boil more than watching him. |

In my opinion here, David C is an artist / musician... I appreciate a musician much more than someone that can just sing well. I think that's why I had a problem with Carrie Underpants... yes, she can sing well, but it just felt like she never "felt" the song, she would just sing the words. I can see David A just singing what's given to him, and David C making his own music from scratch. |

But I guess that's why I really like Celine, Carrie, and others who have amazing voices (range, runs, tone, etc). |

And Kelsey, I beg to differ about David C being the better singer...well for MY taste in music. You know I prefer the R&B/Soul (ie: Brian McKnight) voices to the rock voices (ie: pretty much any rock singer).
So...hm....for my style of music, David A is the better singer. |

either way i don't care who wins. of course i'd LIKE david c because he's my fave so i want him to be number 1, but at the same time i dont because i dont want him super stuck under idols hand. so david a should win and david c can go ahead with his fabulous self and have a fabulous career.
is second placed tied down with idol? |

I'm with Fox, I want Doug to be #1, but....not on AI, lol. :^P
I think with Justin they had him locked in and probably learned their lesson, lol. Cuz I don't think the 2nd place guy is automatically tied to a contract since then - I think they offer them one but the contestant isn't obligated to do it the way the winner is.

Archuleta bores the crap out of me, his singing AND his bland personality. I am so sick of his "aw shucks!" schtick. And all his songs sound the same. BOO-RING!!! But he's going to win because that is who they have pimped to win. |
