I dunno, I guess I just tend to think about the songs and whistles and stuff, but I just realized yesterday that birds actually talk. Just plain ol' talk. There were these birds outside and man, I don't know if they were arguing or what, but it was clearly NOT "song", lol, and the jibber-jabber was just all over the map. It almost sounded like words being spoken. Totally cracked me up. Nothing important, just commenting. |

lol, yup, sometimes they do a lot of squawking, or if it's just two of them, I call it "bitching" lol. I've been seeing the cutest thing lately, in the mornings especially. There is a mating pair of cardinals that visit my feeder, and she stays up farther in the tree, while he's down on the ground, eating away. Then every few moments, he flies up and "passes" her food. It's just the cutest thing. |

Yeah, the sparrows man, they do SOOOO much bitching and fighting! But this time - I dunno, it almost sounded like humans arguing or something, you know? It was hilarious. cardinals! |
