Meals
Spudded Meatball-BURGER STYLE:
Cook 3 large potatoes ,mash when cold with a little oil
and finely cut mint.
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the potatoes,
small pkt ground beef, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1/2 onion,
1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, pinch garlic powder,
1/2 teaspoon Black Sauce, and an egg white.
Mix well. At last, add grated cheese.
Using a heaping teaspoon for each, shape into 20 meatballs.
Spray a large skillet with vegetable oil spray and fry the
meatballs until brown on all sides and cooked through.
To Serve:
Cut the buns in half and put 4 meatballs on each bun.
*your alternative to fried chips is already in the meatballs!.
Great recipe for kids helping in the kitchen or at bbq's

The- Works- Steak- Burger

Ingredients :
This burger "works" from the inside out. All the great flavors
that are usually on the roll are already inside the burger.
 Makes 4 servings
1 lb lean ground beef
1 1/2 tsp McCormick(r) Grill Mates(r) Montreal Steak Seasoning
2 tbl ketchup
4 slc bacon, crisp-cooked and crumbled
1/2 tsp McCormick(r) Dill Weed
1 med onion, cut in 1/2 inch slices
4 slc American cheese
4 x hamburger rolls
Lettuce
Tomato slices
Method :
In a bowl, mix together ground beef, Montreal Steak Seasoning,
ketchup, bacon and dill weed.
Shape into four patties.
Brush onion slices with oil. Place patties and onion slices
on grill over medium heat. Grill 8-12 minutes or until burgers
are well-done (160 F internal temperature) and onion is tender,
turning once.
Add cheese slices to each burger one minute before cooking
is completed.
Place on hamburger rolls. Top with lettuce and tomato.
