Hello Cat, first let me say that I get all my info from my Spirit Guide Protector, his name is Maqua. He channels the info to me. Our spirit guide protector never leaves our body. They connect up with our body at birth, but in a different way than we do. Here is his message for you-----Very soon you will be talking to your guides. Listen to your thoughts, that is how we talk to you. We talk all the time, you must learn to listen, and learn to know when it is your thoughts, or, spirit guides. The word "angel" is used by mortals, here, we call us spirit guides. Either one is ok for you to use.
