Dearest Delois (Maqua), I just wanted to keep you up to date. I have been to my chiropractor 4 times now. He says it is about 50% better. I was getting discouraged because I thought it wasnt working but, when I went in the last time he said the same nerve was pinched again and he reset it and today my neck is feeling stronger and I have noticed an enormous difference in the head shaking. I have dealt with this for so long now that it is just amazing to me. Before this my docotor had put me on a low dose of Beta Blockers to control the shaking... (as this is the thing to do with Essential Tremor) I have weaned myself off them and I see my doctor on Thursday and plan to tell her what is going on. It is kind of strange how I was taking medicine and thinking I had something that I didnt really have. Yet, I knew in my heart that it just didnt fit. It makes me wonder how many others out there are out there diagnosed with "Essential Tremor" and it is really a pinched nerve in the neck. Like, I told you I had no pain in my neck so, I figured it couldnt be pinched and yet, it was! You really do need to write a book... you could help so many people! L&L, Julie |

Hi Hon, please be patient with this,,it WILL take a while to make the muscle improve to hold the spine in place, and also will take time for the nerve to heal. The muscles hold the spine, and when they get out of balance, then we have spine problems. When the spine stays out a long time, it makes a new home in the muscle tissue, and also make the nerve sick,,sooo, I beg you to be patient,,,love, Delois ( also, I am not sure your doctor will agree with any of this, but that is ok, it is your body, and your responsibility to seek out what helps) |

Yes, Delois I am beginning to realize this now (being patient). My Chiropractor told me the same thing today. He said I am holding the sets but, my front muscles (anterior) of my neck are basically not working and I need to build them up. He gave me some exercises and told me to do them until I look like the Hulk.... LOL. L&L, Julie |

Delois, I am still going to the chiropractor 1-2 times a week. I am wondering if you could ask Maqua if I am doing everything I can be doing right now. I understand it takes time.... but, I want to make sure the nerve and muscles are on the right road. Along with the chiropractor adjustments he has given me isometric exercises to strengthen the neck. I still have the head shaking but, sometimes it seems a little better. Is there something else I could be doing? Also, if you could ask Maqua the name of my guide so, I can try to talk to them... I would really appreciate it. Thank you so much for all you have done for me! Julie |

Hi Julie,,here is a message from Maqua----Time will stop shaking head. You need head pulled. A pull is like a traction streching neck, with a jerk to it. Ask your Chiropractor to do this for you, and if he will not, then ask someone to do this for you. You need to be laying flat on your back when this is done. Delois' Chiropractor does this for her. Your Spirit Guide Protector name is----BIAMA ( Be-ahm-ah) Maqua |

Thank you Maqua and Delois, My chiropractor does do this for about a minute once a week. Is this enough? Biama... I like that name. Thank you both for all you do! L&L, Julie |

Delois When you say "jerks" the neck... do you mean the adjustment? This is what he does... first he adjusts my neck and then I lay on a table where he does traction on it for about a minute... he longates the neck and stretches it out. Thats it. Im not understanding the jerk part and Im not so sure how to go about asking him.. |
