Hi Delois , I just was wondering if you could ask Maqua if I am still on the right track here. I am still seeing the chiropractor but, I have realized that what he does is not true traction. He has me laying face down and works the neck with his hands in a chiropractic kind of traction. Pulling the vertebraes apart. My chiropractor has also sent me to Physical Therapy. Which he thinks will strengthen my neck muscles that have become weak from that nerve being pinched for so long. I have gone 4 times to PT and it is making my neck stronger. I was hoping he would do traction on it but, he does not believe in traction (GRRRR). I was thinking of purchasing one of those over the door traction things. They are not to expensive ($20) and the Medical Association says they work fine as far as traction goes. My neck does seem to have stopped shaking as much although I kow it will take a long time. I just want to make sure I am on the right track and would appreciate anything you or Maqua has to offer. I just feel I owe you 2 so much already. L&L, Julie P.S. How is your book coming along? |

Hi Julie, so happy that you are starting to see improvement. Maqua says that you are on the right track, and he said for you to get the over the door traction, and go home after each chiropractor visit, and use it for 15 minutes. Maqua believes in traction. My book is very slow right now,,I am having problems with my eye, and I have to take good care of it, since I only have sight in it. I will get it finished, just take a lot longer that I planned. Delois & Maqua, Thank you so much once again! I will get the over the door traction. I just cant get over how much you both have helped me. You have saved me from taking perscription drugs forever! Words just cant describe how lucky I am to have come across both of you. I am so sorry about your sight problem... I will say a prayer for you as you both have so much to offer people.
