In January I had 2 strokes while at home. I just had something going on Saturday, May 31st, where I could not get up or move. When I finally pulled myself fully back in body, I had the understanding come of having had another stroke. This is not to be feared. It is part of my choice to return and help others with emotional healing. The emotional causes of stroke are: rejecting life at a deep level, extreme resistance, self-violence, feeling overloaded with the pressures of life, feel like 'giving up' Death and dying is not new to me. I should have died many times, but because of those in spirit asking for my help in this world, I continue on. I agreed to come back for a time but I have not disclosed that to anyone. May you find comfort, healing, and PURPOSE in your life, Erica. Gratitude for trials can shift energy so immensely. Know that there will always be divine interruption in your life whether you expect it or not.
