Just got a few moments ............its haying time, busy busy busy but just had to pop in and introduce
 and one more

I do believe Sam and Isis are smitten with each other.
Isis follows her around the stall like a puppy. LOL
She loaded wonderful with only 2 hesitations and she had never been trailered before.
Traveled great and the unloading was even better and it was Sam's first time
unloading a horse too.
We let her just stand and take her new surroundings in. She spotted the mini boys at
the far end of their paddock and my son commented that she could not figure out
if they were far away or realy that small LOL She's never seen mini horses either.
Then when she got in the barn, Bellee the donkey went off, another new thing for her.
She just took everything in stride tho, just wonderful for a 3 year old.
I could feel Echo's presence welcoming Isis. I sure do miss that boy. Dream of him often.
Sam took her out to the round pen last night and free lunged her for a bit {another new thing}
Isis is somewhat undernurished as she had just been on pasture with minimal grass I think.
She is thin yet has what looks like a hay belly but she was not getting hay .
She sure loves the stuff here.
Anyway Sam is in love and I am sure she will pick up the weight with proper feedings and love.
She is a doll , sweet as can be and made to be with Sam. Is  Isis ready to talk to you yet.
Prayers and Strength and Blessings
Erica

Erica,
She sure is beautiful. I love her coloring. Please congratulate Sam for me.
Tell Isis about me and that I will be contacting her and that is it all right to talk with me. I tried and I could feel her but she wouldn't talk. I am sure she was wondering who I am and what is going on.
Echo is here. He wants me to know that she will talk with me after you and he talk to her about me. He also wants you to know that when you are dreaming about him or when you feel his presence that it is him. He asks that when you feel his presence during waking times to please acknowledge him so that he knows for sure you know it is him. He says Sam and Isis will get along fine as they are meant for each othere.

Thank you Paul..............I will mention you to Isis............we had a bit of a bad time Friday as Isis coliced and poor Sam was just
beside herself........she kept saying she just couldn't loose another horse, it scared her so much. Again I felt Echo letting me know
it would be alright and to walk with her, so I told Sam to do just that.  I gave her my old stand by of Pepto and  by the time the vet came she was doing so much better.
She has had to deal with so many new things that I wonder if that caused her tummy ache, plus the vet feels she may have come into season.
Any way Paul I await your next message,
Blessings to you and yours
Erica

Update Paul...............we have let Isis out with Freebie and Bellee for a bit on Thursday evening, a pretty much uneventful outing. Freebie did kick at Isis and Isis kicked at Bellee. They did conect but nothing serious, just horses being horses. Then they pretty much ignored each other or at least that is how it looked, I don't believe it for one minute.
Moogie truly thinks he is a stallion now and wants Isis   LOL   she looks down at him with such an amused look, I can't help but feel bad for him.  Cowboy does not have the same feelings , he only prances and shows off for Freebie, who also has that same amused look as Isis has for Moogie but more loving.  It must be hard being a mini in a large horse world.
Anyway Paul could you try and see if Isis is up to any conversations yet..............Sam would realy like to know how she feels about her and her new home.

Thanks
Blessings
Erica

Hey Paul............Sam was just asking if Isis has decided to speak with you.
We do know that she is feeling a lot more at home here as she lays down for a sleep in the barn and most horses won't do that till they do feel safe and secure. I know that moving here has been such a big change for her but she does seem to be adjusting.
Hopefully she will communicate with you next time you have some time
Blessings

Hi Erica,
Isis is a lady of few words, but she is quite comfortable at your place. Says she has a nice warm stall, lots of friends and she just adores Sam and you but Sam is the "cat's meow" for her.
She won't talk much but I am getting the impression that she is most happy with lots of company and no real complaints.
She tells me that the changes caused her colicness - just off balance for a short time she says -settled down now and all is well.

Thanks so much Paul..... I will pass this on to Sam...........She will be so pleased.
I really don't have a lot to do with Isis as I wanted the bond between them to be strong. It has been hard for me to ignore her but the results are worth it, and I can now stand and talk with her and give a a couple of scratches now and then.
Once again I thank you
Blessings

Hi Paul, it has certainly been awhile. Hubby has been keeping me busy with Doctor appointments, he has a lot of health issues that we are getting checked out.
Samantha and Isis are realy getting a strong bond/relationship, it is lovely to see.
Sam always gets a welcome nicker when she comes into the barn.  She accepts me as well but Sam is the one for her.
Sam would like to know what Isis says her name is as she wants to give her a show name for next year.
Thanks is advance Paul and when ever you get the time.
Blessings to you and your family
Erica
