This card is like a wheel and indicates "cycles" that may have come into your life where things have gone full circle and you may be feeling frustated.

It may be that your frustration with a situation is leading you in circles and what has been happening in your life, just keeps happening over and over again, in cycles. 

This would be an excellent time to get off of that wheel and try to make changes.  Perhaps, you need to rethink what it is that you're doing that has led you to going in circles.  What can you do differently?  What steps do you need to take in order to head off in another direction? 

Whatever you find, it's time to take other/different actions as you may be getting nowhere with what you are doing at the present moment. 

Remember, taking the same action will usally result in the same reaction.  Do you need to take a different action?  If so, make sure that it's an honorable one, not harmful to yourself or anyone else before taking it.  Also remember that you reap what you sow so, make sure that your new actions aren't negative to yourself or anyone else through frustration.  This type of action can only bring more frustration and possibly pain.  This card warns of taking incorrect actions through frustration.
