A Carnelian stone is the Best stone for this .... you can place it on the area for cleansing of that area, while meditating, and it can also be used for the healing of this area..... you can also wear it (or carry in your pocket) during the day and sleep on it at night....but ake sure you read as to whether or not cleanse with Salt or plain water..I prefer plain running water.
