While in the shower is the best way (I feel) to do this.

 

Allow the water to run over your body, allow it to engulf you and let you float.... clear your mind of all the days thoughts, and worries...

Now

 

Allow the red to circle your base chakra, let it circle and allow it to turn a nice maraschino cherry color, with no dark spots or muck..let this swirl up to your Sacral Chakra and start to visualize the color of orange, allow the orange to encircle you and swirl about making sure it turns the color of a Naval Orange taking out all the darker colors such as browns and blacks, and greys... allow this to lift upward around you and swirl and let this flow thru you..... circling upward toward your Solar Plexus Chakra allow the orange to change to yellow, slowly encircling your Solar Plexus...let the color change and allow it to turn to the color of a bright pure yellow lemon, no greens, no dark colors.....make this a pure yellow color.....allow this to move over you and encircle you and fill you with pure sunshine! Move this up and allow this to turn to a Green color and move it to your Heart Chakra fill this area with a beautiful emerald green color allowing it to float you away like you are being given a serene moment...let this circle you and move upward toward your Throat Chakra, allow the color to merge with Blue the Blue of the Sky... a wonderful, peaceful blue, no muck no dark shades....just pure baby (sky) blue! now let this circle you and move upward...upward to your Third eye Chakra....allow this to circle until it turns indigo(a purple/blue color), let this color circle the Third Eye area for a moment, float, soothing serene moments.....a clear indigo, a beautiful color! Now allow this to circle upward, and move intwining this color into a gorgeous Royal Purple...allowing this Purpe color without shades to cleanse and refresh your Crown Chakra... allow all the crap, muck n yuck to move outwards...out of the top of your head........out of your energy......FEEL the fresh refreshing feeling of all your chakras being cleansed and recharged.....allow yourself this time for peace and calm........let the Royal Purple allow you to let in positive energy and peace.        

 

While swirling these colors and making sure they are all clear, allow the colors to merge with one another and changing to the corresponding color of each chakra, this way the chakras will be intertwined, and aligned.

 

Now open your eyes after a moment and let the water run over you just as during the cleanse and watch all this mucked energy swirl down the drain

This is the most peaceful place to do a Chakra Cleanse....and most Private. Also what better way to keep your Chakras Cleansed then during a Shower while water is cleansing and grounding  And it's something we do every day  so it becomes routine

 

 

 

 

 

Base Chakra =Root Chakra=Base of Spine

Sacral = 3-4" below Solar Plexus

Solar Plexus = Stomach Area

Heart = Chest

Throat = Adams Apple

(Ear = Above the physical ears = Red Violet color)

Third Eye = Right between your eyes above the bridge of nose

Crown = Inside the top of the head
