One of my friends is looking for a birth-stone for her kid.  I have no idea on that and as far as I know it depends on the month one is born.  Am I correct?  Are there any other factors need to be considered in deciding the best stone for a person (in this case, a few months old baby)?  Does it depend on exact date of birth, the name given, etc.?  Your input on this is much appreciated.
