Well dreaming is a highly personal thing ... the symbols in your dream will primarily mean exclusively what they mean to YOU ... plus a little bit of the collective consciousness 
I'll throw a few thoughts down for you, to get you started ....
I recall either driving or somehow moving down a gravel-like road where I was looking out the passenger side (right) of the window staring out at the dull green grass.
When you are driving, you are in control of the direction of your life. A gravel road is not an easy road, so the path you are travelling on is full of small obstacles or annoyances, but it doesn't stop you from going where you need to go.
Some folks say the left is the past, and the right is the future. Sooooo .... looking to the future, you see dull green grass .... well lush green grass would be healthy, so dull green grass has a little less vitality. Perhaps something in future is going to drain your energy.
From what I could tell nothing was dead, the field was full of the grass/grain. The overall sky was completely clear, yet the color of everything seemed like all was slightly dusty/ smoggy.
It seems to me there is a pall over everything, with this dusty, smoggy view. It's like pollution, eh? So something is polluting the air you breathe ... something unhealthy or unclean is dulling the clear view of the sky. In a symbolic sense, this again reminds me of something that dampens your normal vitality and good energy.
The road started winding around a bit, along with going up and down a bit.
Looks like coming up ahead in your near future, your path or direction is going to throw you for a few curves! You will be going around a "bend" and you won't be able to see clearly where you're going. The up and down of the road is like the small ups and downs of life.
Okay I'm going to stop for now, before this gets too long, and let you make some suggestions about your own dream! As so far I am just throwing out some ideas, based on my own personal symbolism. What did the dream make you feel? How long did the dream stay with you? You probably feel it was important, or you wouldn't have posted it here.
