Well I don't remember the entire dream but I do recall going to the hospital in my dream because I was in absolute pain in my lower abdomen.  It came in waves in my dream (like contractions would, I'm assuming).  When I got to the hospital in my dream, I explained to them what I was feeling and the pain was getting more intense and closer together.  So they got me in for an ultrasound and did a pregnancy test and estimated that I was about 32 weeks pregnant and was in labor.  I remember that I couldn't understand how that was possible since I should have been showing, and didn't have any symptoms up until then (and I've had my tubes clamped).  I almost didn't believe the doctors until I saw the ultrasound myself, in my dream.  Then this feeling of absolute joy, happiness, warmth, and peace came over me.  Right after that though, I started thinking about the man that I'm with and how long I've been with him and realized that it wasn't his (since we've only been together 6 months) and if he would accept the fact that I was about to give birth to someone else's baby and want to raise it as his own.  Then I woke up.

Pregnancies generally mean new ideas, new plans, new growth or development in your life.  Again, it's general and can be more specific depending on if you had any dream specifics about the baby within you.  DeniseNH
