A couple weeks ago I had a vivid dream that I was visiting with my long deceased maternal Grandmother.
She looked wonderful. Her hair was braided and pulled up around her head, and she was dressed beautifully.
I really felt love and it was great seeing and visiting with her once again.
Problem is that my Mother was diagnosed with Stage IV Colon Cancer last week.  It has spread to her liver and
her left kidney. There is no cure, and not much hope. They can only keep her comfortable and give her treatments.
Was this nice dream a type of Premonition to prepare me for what is going to happen? The loss of my Mom?
Ellie

Hi Elllie,

I believe that your Grandmother came to you, to let you know that you will never be alone, that you are loved and that through some trying times she hears you, she listens and she will be with you to give you comfort and support.

A true Blessing......
So sorry to hear about your Mom, your Grandmother is their for her to. Maybe you could find a way to let your Mom know this.

Hope this has helped?

Love, Light and Truth
Lee

This is definitely what is called a "visitation dream" in which our loved one comes to be with us during the time of the dream. What happens is that you were actually "with her" on a non-physical (spiritual) plane during the "dream" and the memory that you have of it is how she looked. When we dream of loved ones, they are usually (not always) visitations from them, and them letting us know that they spent time with us during our sleep stages.
I am very sorry to hear about mom, please keep us updated. you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Blessings,
Mary

Hi Ellie
What a beautiful comforting dream you had, right at a time that you probably need something positive to cling to. If this were my dream i would be feeling that my grandmother was showing me the result of her transformation into the spirit world so that i might understand that my mother had a beautiful place awaiting her and that despite her illness she could emerge on the other side looking and feeling wonderful and most importantly still communicate with loved ones.

I notice this was posted some months ago. My thoughts and prayers are with you both.

Sammii
