the surgery it's self wasn't bad, spent one day and night in the hospital which seemed like a week....
the dr went though my throat and it is just now going back to where it should be
meaning I guess they pushed everything inside to the left
cut is on the right side on my neck
still having some numbness and tingling in hands and arms
but it comes and goes
for several weeks I couldn't sleep
I finally gave up trying to sleep in the bed
and bought me a pillow with memory touch
which helps alot
I still wake up with my neck hurting around 4.......
hopefully after several months the healing will be over
recovery, well I still can;t pick up anything over
5 lbs and I can't clean much
I am getting bored now....lol
so feeling better for the most part
it wasn't nothing like the lower back.......
thank God don't ever want to go though that again..........
