Heehehehehehe Welcome to the 60's

Time travel ROFL

Patchouly is also spelled Patchouli

Folk names: Pucha-Pot, Kablin

Powers: Money, Lust, Fertility (it's also GREAT for meditation)(always wondered why my uncle burned this incense LOL and the cherry ones)

Anywho.....

Patchouly is one of my favorite smells(another is sandalwood, shuvann and cherry).... It looks like bark from a tree(I have some raw) It makes a great incense, and it wonderful to use during meditation ..especially for mediumship and traveling with one's guides. It has been used in money and prosperity spells, and added to purses and wallets and placed around green candles to draw in money. It has been used in fertility talismans and substituted for graveyard dust when called for. It has been known to be added to love sachets and baths. It is a great herb for protection as well. It is an herb known to attract love & lust!

Blessings
RA

Thank you very much for the info on Patchouli. It is definitely one of my favorites. I love the incense & essential oils. My other favorite is musk.

I have a question, hope you don't think I"m dumb but I have not been up on herbs.  So I don't know much.

1.)  Where can you buy it at?

2.) How do you use it, say you want your hubby to feel a little "spirited" hehe!

Melissa,

Depending on the type of herb/incense you want and purpose your using it for,,, there are some different ways of burning them.

you can get incense at various wicca/magic shops or buy them online and also herbs you can get at a local garden shop, wicca store or online    Mountain Herbs is a great site to get them and they have some great prices.

Patchouli comes in a form of a type of bark raw......but it also comes in incense cones or sticks....I prefer the sticks as they burn longer. I use the bark for my pillows. It's a popular incense so you can probably also find it at an Indian(eastern/arab) run Store
