I am new to this group and found your remedy quite interesting. I am going to give it a try and will let you know (if that's ok with you). One thing though, where do I find the ingredients? Is there a special store? I am in the Toronto area.

You can see if your local health food store has them or try www.mountainherbs.com they have some great stuff at some great prices on herbs  I know you can now get Sesame Oil at your local food stores here,,, I don't know about Toronto,,, Louellen might though.
