This card indicates that there is something that you've either buried or hidden in your life that is about to resurface.  It may be a secret or something that you've been sensitive about, or that you haven't been honest with yourself and have repressed certain things without properly dealing with them.  It may also mean that you're asking one question, but really wanting the answer to another.  This card, however, does have positive connotations to it.  The secret, or resurfacing issue is a good thing.  It may mean that something that you've long since buried such as a wish or a hope may finally come to the surface and come to fruition through circumstances or your own need and wish for it to as well as your own efforts to bring it about.  If however, a repressed issue does resurface and is uncomfortable, it indicates that you have not dealt with it in an appropriate fashion.  This is an excellent time to deal with it once and for all, making any reparations that you need to make in order to do so.  Its resurfacing is letting you know that it still needs to be dealt with and the sooner that you do, the sooner your life will feel much more complete and happier.  Even if embarassing or uncomfortable to have to deal with, life will be much better because of it.  Look at this as an opportunity to better your life and take all of the steps necessary to deal with the issue at hand even if it means seeking out professional advice or help.
