This card indicates that there is likely something or someone that has been getting in the way of you realizing your goals. 

Before you start looking at and blaming others around you or circumstances, it's wise to check within yourself to see if YOU might be that someone or something hampering yourself and your own progress!  If so, you need to start examining what it is that you are doing to sabbotage your own wishes and dreams or progress and reorganize how you deal with these inner hurdles from here on out. 

If you cannot find an inner source, you may need to start looking at those around you who are holding you back and find ways to deal with that person/s so that they are not hampering your efforts any longer.  Before you act on this part, please be sure that you are not overlooking your own part in how this person has been able to affect you and impact on your life.  You may find that it's you that needs to change how you react to this person/influence/circumstance, rather than trying to change that source itself.

Like a hail storm, some setbacks and hindrances are simply short lived, inconveniences.  And likewise, some are needed as they offer you the chance to adjust/rethink your goals/aims.  They may be saving you from some disaster.  Only you can decipher what it may be telling you.  If you find that despite all of your very best efforts, there is still tremendous resistance, ask yourself if you truly are aiming for the right goal.  Something to think about!
