My Dad's not been in the best of health for about a year or so now. He lives alone, and I am his only caregiver. I get all his groceries, clean his house, take him to doctor visits, etc.
Last week, my husband and I were eating supper and were about halfway through when I got this sick, sick feeling. I had to put down my fork and get up. I told my husband I had to go to my Dad's house, because I just had a very bad feeling. It never occurred to me to go to the phone and call my Dad, even though I call him several times a day. I just rushed out to the car and went over there, he lives about 6 miles from me.
When I got there, I unlocked the door and went straight in. He was on the floor. He had fallen, and was just lying there, because he couldn't get himself out of the floor. He was not injured badly, just sore muscles for a few days.
What was that? I've never had anything like that happen to me before. Was that a premonition? Or a guide telling me to go to my Dad's???
