hello u

lovely ppl love and light to u all firstly ,

secondly i have had connact with the very kind delois and her guide who have help me to feel posative about things happening in my life when i needed it .

ive started to meditate and see things ;like colour and objects, but i was looking in the mirro just after i stop meditaing and i could clearly see what i think was my aura,,,, it had very lilac over the top of my head and all around me was a glowing yellowy/white bout 2 inches in depth.

then my face seem to change i didnt look at my self directly but could see it all the same , the glowing light vision changed from moving to the back of my head to the left of me and then seem to pull out to make more of a figure but still be conected to me aswell 

i closed my eyes thinking it was just my imagaination and when i did i still could see it but what seems like an arm was wrapped around my waist on the r/hand side .

 i wasnt frightened although it was strange seeing it but i felt calm and wanted to see more, i opened my eyes and it was still there, i then felt it was time to come out of it so i grounded myself and havent stopped thinking bout it since last week ,i meditaed today again and saw the same but asked for the light to make better vision of itself and a name ,, i had a clearer vision but not much ,, my features changed again to what i feel is a man .

can i plz have some help on this and what should i do or say to see more or is there anything there at all  you see im still very new at all this ..., if any one has any messeges from my guides i would be so grateful
