What kind of software is used to make these beautiful siggies? I remember someone mentioning it one time, but I can't find the post. I am upgrading to an XP Home Ed. (from a '95, I think it be time, lol!).  Any info would be appreciated. Thank you!

I have 7,8,9,and 10 now they have come out if 11..lol
