Hi All:

Just wondering if anyone is actually doing siggys anymore in here?  I see requests but, I don't know if anyone is actually able to do them????

If no one doing them, I think that this board needs to go.

Love and Light,
Louellen

I do siggy's, but have never checked out the board. If you'd like, I could begin making some for the group.
Hugs, mom24ancounting.

I do siggies that move and some that don't. I DO NOT do avatars.
I also make banners as well. Here are two examples...

Making siggys and tags is one of my ways to relax.
I enjoy fooling around with PSP, but I am not into animation.
Well, maybe the addition of sparkles to some.
I would be happy to offer some tags and siggys on this board.

That would be great if either or both of you would like to do some siggys for those who want them!

There's no pressure whatsoever since this is free.  It would just be whenever you feel the urge and time to sit down and do them for others.  If you enjoy doing them then, please...by all means....just jump right in there and take over the requests that are waiting!

I was asked about the siggys and saw no one doing them anymore, so was figuring that if no one was active on the board, I'd remove it.  If either or both of you feel up to the task....please go right on ahead as I know that people really do enjoy having them and there are requests there!

Love and Light and Thanks,
Louellen

Pardon my ignorance but what the heck are siggy's?
Also everyone, my wonderful canine best friend Kilee has a lump on the side of her face.
The vet thinks it's a cyst or tumor and will require surgery and biopsy. But before that
we are trying a round of antibiotics. Does anyone get anything on this? Wondering what it
could be that caused this marble sized mostly soft lump.
Thanks ev1
Kari

Hi Kari:

A siggy is your name done in fancy lettering or with a picture or both that allows you to put it into your posts or emails as a signature.  If you look down this board, I think that there may be some examples of it.

Your dog....well, these lumps are odd things.  They can range from sebacious cysts (which are nothing to be concerned about, but they do need to be removed at times so as not to be irritated and become infected) to benign growths to cancerous lesions.  In all cases, the lump needs to be investigated as is being done.  The fact that your vet is trying antibiotics first is a sign that he's not totally convinced that it needs surgery right away or is urgent and it is being monitored.  Growth in spite of antibiotic treatment does not necessarily mean cancer but, it certainly makes one more suspicious and what you are doing to take care of this is a good thing.

I had a dog that had a lump on his upper lip.  He had already had osteosarcoma (cancer of the bone) and had a limb removed so we automatically jumped to the conclusion this was cancer as well.  We had it removed and sent for a pathology report and it came back a benign growth.  Then, he developed another one on his rearend and we had to go through yet another surgery and biopsy.  Again, a fatty lump/deposit called a lympoma...totally benign.  He eventually died at 15 years of age of old age! *smile*

I have a feeling that even if this is cancerous, it's curable!  So, keep up with the vet's suggestions and do whatever is necessary to be on the safe side but, I feel that all will be good!

Keep us updated please!!!

Love and Light,
Louellen

Thanks Louellen - I'll keep watch on this and if not gone after antibiotics
we'll get it removed...she's my best friend, I think we must have been connected
in a past life, she reads me so well and we're completely joined at the hip.
When I went to look at puppies, I was holding two male pups and she came and
sat on my foot. I picked her up and never put her down. That was 11 yrs ago.
She's a maltese shiztu (sp) cross and she means the world to me.
Thanks again if you get anything else please let me know.
Kari
