I saw this about a week ago and just want to post it for those interested. If you ponder it for a moment or two it might have a deep meaning for you, and maybe it will help at just the right time. Here it is-
Don't believe everything you THINK!
We have been "in our minds or brains" for so long that we can get into a rut continually thinking the same old thoughts. Maybe it's time to challenge some of those that we think-especially those negative recordings we have a tendancy to play over and over only to believe them even if they AREN'T TRUE!
