Hey, Lady...........sounds like you need a bit of a break from your repsonsibilities to family!  Perhaps, it's time to back off just a bit now and let others do for themselves for a change. 

 

Just a question here.  Is it possible that YOU have "trained" them into the responses or actions or lack of them that  you're getting from your family???? 

 

You may want to think about what parts you may have played in them treating you the way that they have or the ways that they're dealing with life in general.  Sometimes, WE are the ones that have set up the scenario for both ourselves and them in their actions, reactions, demands or lack of self-care that is going on with others.  Could that possibly be the case here, with you????

 

If the answer to this is a "yes" or, if you don't KNOW the answer to this question........then, perhaps, it's time that you stood back and put yourself at an emotional distance and tried to ask yourself for the answer.   Let them all flounder around for a bit until you have had a break for awhile.  They'll all survive somehow!
