Some of us know things, feel things and have been given a gift...
If you believe in the Bible, you can even read and find this FACT out there.
We don't need a label.

Could it be that like the arts, we have to develop them?
Tune them in like the vibes we feel and learn to "go with the flow" of them?
One ring on my phone this morning reminded me that my imagination is very vivid.
My own thoughts and truths have taken me places that puzzle me.
I slip into a vortex mode and... this may sound silly, but... I am not here.

Have you ever found yourself waiting, and knowing that something is about to happen?
I flip to CNN, nothing new...
The rain is falling and if I were in bed the sound might help me go to sleep...
Nope, I've already tried it and there seem to be too many sounds,
in this pillow of my mind.
I can't channel or focus on any thing for real....
Time... what a realm in itself

I once talked to a very good medium about his gift.  I mentioned that I felt that perhaps I was not spiritual enough to develop mine.  He laughed and said that mediumship was like playing the piano - you had to practice and practice and the fact that you were not living a totally perfect angelic life had very little to do with it.
