Okay, You people say that chestnut flanked whites are uncommon?I have 2 female chestnut flanked whites,1 male chestnut flanked white,1 pied male,1 normal gray male, and one pied female. It all started with my cute little male normal that i just had to get.I got him squinty as a mate,i felt bad for her.She is a chestnut flanked white female with one eye that is partially closed.I just had to get her.I wasnt going to use her for breeding but i let her go.Thats how i got the other four. They are all her babies with out any health problems at all. You'd think that with a squinty female all babies would be deformed or something.I dont plan on breeding them anymore unless someone wants me to hatch them some.I just <3 my zebras.I also have 2 'keets and am getting a 'tiel this weekend.Any questions on Zebras i will be happy to answer.By the way, when do female finches stop laying eggs???My chicks are about 6 months and the pair are about a year old. ~Chelsea |
