I think Dake said it right!!!   Tweety

BIBLE SALVATION NECESSARY

It is time that men wake up to what the Bible teaches and forget what some churches hold as the standard of Christianity.  If there is a way of knowing one is saved, then he should be honest enough to acknowledge that he is not saved until he has met the requirements of the Bible.  One can meet the requirements of church membership of many denominations and still be lost.  We are warned in Scripture that if the blind lead the blind both shall fall into the ditch (Matt. 15:14).  All the excuses under the sun for not doing what God plainly says will not get one by the judgment bar of God.  God has made Himself clear concerning entrance into the ]Kingdom of God and He knows full well that all men half intelligence enough to understand His written requirements and He will hold them to His Word in the end.  It matters not how much you love a preacher, a church, or some church member, or how much you have confidence that they must be right, it will pay each person to check and double check what he is being taught and what he is depending upon to save his soul in the end.  One can know that he is right, 'not by what any man says, but by the Bible.

Well, for one I agree with what Dake said.  But the thing is,  did he uphold Acts when it comes to the only plan of salvation?

That is why, I do not know if I agree with him or not. He states all the above but does not say what he states. He did not say what the bible salvation was. So at this point I can not say whether I agree or not.

Larry,
Bible Salvation is going to be my next subject over on this board. It is 60 things and has  alot of Bible verses. WOW. That will be my refute of the 60 questions on the GODHEAD that people keep plastering over the internet.  I will try and paste it here. It will either be in 1 part or 2.  Be Blessed.  Tweety
