~~~~Genesis 49~~~

049:022	Joseph is a fruitful bough, even a fruitful bough by a well; whose branches run over the wall:
049:023	The archers have sorely grieved him, and shot at him, and hated him:
049:024	But his bow abode in strength, and the arms of his hands were made strong by the hands of the mighty God of Jacob; (from thence is the shepherd, the stone of Israel:)
049:025	Even by the God of thy father, who shall help thee; and by the Almighty, who shall bless thee with blessings of heaven above, blessings of the deep that lieth under, blessings of the breasts, and of the womb:
049:026	The blessings of thy father have prevailed above the blessings of my progenitors unto the utmost bound of the everlasting hills: they shall be on the head of Joseph, and on the crown of the head of him that was separate from his brethren.   In the above Scripture, Joseph is also a type of Jesus.  This prophecy is about Jesus; as well as telling about history of Joseph. v23--shows that the others around Joseph hated him and 'shot ' at him because he was separate from them.  He was spiritual whereas they were carnal.  Those born after the flesh always hate and persecute those born after the spirit. But Joseph was strong in the Lord; therefore He was the overcomer and the one blessed.  This came to him because he separated himself from the world around him and refused to go after sin.  He lived a clean, holy life.  This was his victory. The hirelings of today tell you that you do not have to be separtae from the world; but they are deceiving you into missing the blessing of being the overcomer.  All the promises to the churches are to the ones who overcome.  Overcome  what? Overcome the world around you.  Unless you cross their ways and be ye a peculiar, different people, you will never be in the Bride of Christ. v26--....unto the uomost bound of the everlasting hills: (heaven)--they shall be on the head of Joseph, and on the crown of the head of him that was separate from his brethren. Now, is not this the same which Paul states that we are to present our bodies a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God? ~~~~More to come~~~~

 TRANSFORMED !!!!!   A BEAUTIFUL WORD!!!!

But what does it mean?  Well, let's see.

He said by the renewing  of your mind.

Ephesians 2:3---Among whom also we all had our conversation in times past in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the MIND; and were by nature the children of wrath, even as others.

So, here we see that the thing we are to get out of is the old way of  thinking;  of doing things; of fulfilling the desires of the flesh and mind.

So, in order to renew the mind, we would need to totaly re-do, or change our minds by studying and obeying the Word of God.

So, there must be a starting place.  Let's take off here in Ephesians.

cp.4:23--and be renewed in the spirit of your MIND.  (now this means to change how you think).  Bring every thought into captivity to subjection to Christ.

v24--And that ye put on the  NEW MAN, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

So, this shows that we must become a new creature;  we must walk in righteousness and true holiness.

As we go along, we will point out from the Word, exactly what holiness is.

 Eph. 4:25 ~~~~ Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour:  for we are members one of another.

v26~~~ Be ye angry, and sin not:  let not the sun go down upon your wrath:

v27~~~Neither give place to the devil.

v28~~~~ Let him that stole steal no more:  but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.

v29 ~~~~~ Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.

 men.

And let all the people say  AMEN.

Take it a little at a time ~~~ see these things we are to add daily to our walk in the Lord.  Work on these things if you want to be Holy unto the Lord.  Without Holiness, no man shall see the Lord.  Be not deceived by 'vain' talkers. = those who say yes you can;  You can sin all the time and still be a Christian.  NO, you  CANNOT.

Do not tell lies.  All lyars shall have their part in the lake of fire. 

Do not steal;  but rather work to have to  GIVE ~~  for 'giving' is the  MARK  OF  GOD;  this is the MARK OF A TRUE CHRISTIAN.

Do not let your anger at someone cause you to sin or do evil.  God will reward you for your evil.

Keep your conversation Holy;  do not speak of evil, and dirty jokes or such things.  God will not continue to put up with such conduct from those who claim to belong to Him.

Practice speaking for the good of those who hear you.  This will increase your strength in Holiness.

Ephesains 4 & 5:  ~~~

"And some save by fear,  pulling them out of the fire", hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

We are speaking here of being transformed into the image of Christ.  Let no man deceive you into thinking that you can just 'believe' on him;  and go on in your old way of life and make it into the Pearly Gates.  It is just not taught in the Word of God.  You must be changed from the old man, into the new man.  This is done by renewing your mind by the Word.

Now, I will probably say some things which most will not like;  but this is the only way to save them from the fire.  They hate him that sitteth and rebuketh in the gate.

Verse 31 tells us to put away all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, clamour, and evil speaking.  This is a command from the Lord.  Sitting around on Saturday or Sunday will get the job done.  You must work at cleaning up your thoughts and your words.

Be kind and forgiving to each other.

Walk in Love.

5:3~ Be no fornicator or unclean, covetous person.

v4~ Have no filthiness, nor FOOLISH  TALKING [wow! this hits the spot, right?]~~

Verse 5~ Know that no whoremonger, nor unclean person, nor covetous man hath an inheritance in the kingdom of Christ.

Strong words,  right?  Better take heed to them;  if you desire to make it into the Kingdom;  for here he says impathecially that those guilty of these things   WILL  NOT  MAKE  IT IN.  Better believe the Word instead of your hirelings.

V6~ these things brings God's wrath on people;  it is vain to think not.  Be not even partakers with them.

v11--Have no fellowship with them.

v12--Do not even speak of the things they do;  it is a shame to do so.  That just about cuts off the 'listening to and telling the news, right?'

Let's all work toward being  TRANSFORMED!

 How do some suppose that God is not interested in how we conduct  and adorn ourselves?  Do they suppose that as our LORD, he has no right or authority to tell us how and what to do?  How could one ever come up with such a foolish thought about God?

Let's take this a step further: 

1Peter 3.....speaking to wives... v3~~~~~ Whose  ADORNING  let it NOT be that OUTWARD adorning of plaiting the hair, and of wearing of gold, or of putting on of apparel;

v4~~But let it be the hidden man of the heart, in that which is not corruptible, even the ornament of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price.

v5~For after this manner in the old time the HOLY WOMEN also, who trusted in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection unto their own husbands.

Now this shows that our  ADORNING is not to be the OUTWARD adorning which the world dotes so much on.  We are not to seek to make ourselves so 'beautiful and sexie' on the outside.  This is not beautiful to God;  it is only to the world.

He brought in the way of fixing the hair;  of wearing jewels, and of the kind of clothes to wear.  So, all of this is included in the 'outward adorning'.  He said not to do it this way.  He said to adorn ourselves with a quiet meek spirit.  This is that spirit of OBEDIENCE.  But obedience to what?

To the Word of God;  not the word of man = the world.

This is Peter's word;  now let's see what Paul had to say about this.

1Tim. 2:9 ~~~In like manner also, that women  ADORN themselves in MODEST APPAREL, with shamefacedness [that quiet, meek spirit] - and sobriety;  NOT  WITH  BROIDED  HAIR, OR GOLD,  OR PEARLS,  OR COSTLY ARRAY.

v10~~ But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works.

Now I ask you,  is not this the very same thing Peter said?  See the costly array refers to the putting on of apparel which Peter spoke of.  The gold, and pearls speaks of the jewels which Peter spoke of.  The broided hair speaks the same thing Peter said about plaiting the hair.

Now, in the mouth of two witnesses let every word be established.  I think these two apostles are enough of a witness to establish this matter.

I would like to ask you, Spiritwalker to please explain a little clearer what you are referring to.  It is really a little hard to see if you are speaking of my message or the message of the world churches in having a perverted gospel.

I assume if any others read this, they might also find it hard to distinguish which you mean.  If you are referring to my message, I think it should be made clear;  and if you are in agreement that the babylon church system is the one which preaches a perverted gospel, let us know.
