From Amazon.com, "ask a question, get real answers from real people."  Not very active in the area of chemistry, but there are occasional queries about chemistry textbooks.  Here is the listing from an Amazon search for chemistry.
 
Sci.Chem -
A Google chemistry group that addresses "chemistry and related sciences."  It has many knowledgeable members who respond to all types of chemistry questions, usually of a more advanced nature.  The message archive is keyword searchable.
 
General Chemistry Homework -
"I hope you find this site useful.  Feel free to browse through the resources, links, or post a question."  This MSN group provides help for chemistry questions and has a collection of links, study tips, and tutorials.
 
The Chemistry Cluster -
"This club welcomes members to exchange ideas on the latest or oldest developments in chemistry. Voice your queries and we will help find the answers. Post your ideas and we'll talk about them. We do anything Chemistry!"  This is a well-established Yahoo! chemistry group with many knowledgeable and helpful members.  The message archive is keyword searchable.
 
Organic Chemistry Help! -
"Here you can ask questions related to organic chemistry, commiserate with fellow students about the difficulty of the course you're taking, moan, howl, wail, rend your garments, pour ashes on your head and don sackcloth, give suggestions, offer warnings, laugh, cry, yawn."  Yep, sounds like organic chemistry!
 
The Chemical Forums -
Chemical Forums has message boards for High School, General, Organic, Analytical, Physical, Inorganic, Biological, and Nuclear Chemistry.  Very active with many questions receiving multiple, quality responses from more than one individual.  The site can also be searched by keyword.
 
My Chemistry Tutor -
"Get Homework Help in High School Chemistry, General Chemistry and Organic Chemistry!"  This is a new site with message boards for chemistry help, tutorials, and more.  The site also has a useful Google chemistry search engine.
 
Physics Forums Chemistry Section -
"The Physics Forums Online Community is moderated by volunteers on a regular basis."  In addition to physics, the forums include math and other sciences as well.
