I think it should be this:
Ksp = [Cr+3] [OH-]^3
plug in your values:
6.7 x 10^-31 = [X] [3X]^3
X = 4th root of (6.7x10^-31/(27))
so [Cr+3] = 1.25 x 10^-8 M
Maybe Steve will check it though
