The exact neutralization of 10.00 ml of 0.1012 M sulfuric acid requires 23.31 ml of sodium hydroxide.  What must be the molarity of the sodium hydroxide?  Make sure to use the balanced equation in your explanation.
 
This is basically a titration problem right?
 
I got:
H2SO4(aq) + 2NaOH(aq) -> Na2SO4(aq) + 2H20(l)
.008683 M NaOH

BTW, if you must relate your answer to the balanced equation for the reaction, you can show the calculation in steps:

1.  Moles of H2SO4  =  volume in L  X  molarity of H2SO4

2.  Moles of NaOH  =  2 mol NaOH / 1 mol H2SO4  X  moles of H2SO4

3.  Molarity of NaOH  =  moles of NaOH / volume of NaOH in L.
