Joelle took a bad fall and had to have a hip replacement. Please ask
for her complete healing, for comfort and strength.
Please keep this family in your prayers. I was a student at Rhonda's
School of Dance for 15 years. I love this family and hope Hannah will
be ok. Rhonda & Mike lost a daughter when I was a little girl I pray
the nothing happens to Hannah.

Please pass this prayer request to everyone you know. This family
lives across the street from Lucia-Riverbend Fire Dept. and are very
well loved in our community. (Some of you may be familiar with
Rhonda's School of Dance in Mt. Holly.) Hannah Martin is Rhonda's 18
year old daughter.
Below is a quote from the Gaston Gazette on June 9, 2007 :
"She's our last one, our baby," said mother Rhonda Martin of seeing
her daughter Hannah graduate from East Gaston High School. "It's hard
to see your baby graduate." But seniors said they were ready for new
beginnings as they closed their final high school chapter.
Everything tragically changed for the Martin family over the weekend.
Hannah was driving with two of her friends when she lost control of
the car and went down a 20 foot embankment. Hanna suffered spinal
injuries and is paralyzed from the neck down. Her two friends escaped
with minor injuries. Hannah had surgery on Saturday morning to try to
stabilize her cervical spine (neck). It will just be a waiting game
now to see if she regains any sensation below her neck. She is on a
ventilator because she is unable to breathe on her on.
Please pray for Rhonda and Mike Martin and especially for Hannah. If
your churches have prayer chains, please add Hannah to it.

This message is from Ms. Kim who was Johnny's Preschool Teacher last
year.
We have also heard about this at the Y, as Luke and his Family are
members there! I am sure every thing with Luke is going to go as well
as possible for them!
Especially with all the great people they have out there praying for
them!
THANKS

Hi Everyone
I hope you are all having a wonderful summer!! Unfortunately, one of
our preschoolers, Luke Muller (from the 3 year old class), isn't
having such luck. Luke is fighting a horrible battle. Last Monday Luke
was having trouble breathing and found out that he had a softball size
tumor in his chest pressing against his windpipe. He has been in
Children's Hospital ever since. Below is an excerpt taken from his
Care Page...
Hi! My name is Luke and I wanted to let everyone know how I am
doing. On July 26th I had a biopsy on a tumor in my chest area and the
doctors told me I have Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. I will be at Children's
Hospital for five weeks getting chemotherapy. Hopefully I will be out
of ICU on Monday if all goes well. It seems my treatment is already
working because my breathing is much better and the tumor seems to be
getting smaller. I have lots of toys, balloons, and teddy bears in my
room... I named one of my bears "ChuckPoops" and he stays with me
during all of my procedures to keep me from being scared. My doctors
and nurses are really nice and some of them are really cute. I am
looking forward to seeing some of my friends once I get my new room. I
will keep everyone updated on my progress and post some pictures of my
cool new toys. Mommy and Daddy say I am really blessed to have such
great family and friends... THANKS to everyone for doing such nice
things for me and my family!
Please keep Luke and his family (mom-Terri, dad-John and sisters, Liza
and Lily) in your thoughts and prayers!! You can access his care page
by going to www.carepages.com and searching for Luke Muller Family.
You can also leave a message there for Luke and his family.
Thank you!
Ms Kim
