Made this again tonight for my poor hubby who is still working 12-14 hr days
in all this heat.
This time, I used two cans of PEACHES.....cut them into small pieces...
kinda like "crushed pineapple" maybe a little larger.....used about the
same amount of juice that you would use when using the crushed pineapple.
Everything else was the same....I always use Vanilla Cool Whip.
This turned out WONDERFUL!
Also.....a graham cracker crust is good....but a shortbreadcookie crust
is even BETTER!
