Pineapple "Pie"
 
20 oz crushed pineapple
Large pkg fat free vanilla instant pudding
 
Mix these two together...
 
Then add:
 
4 Tbls Fat Free Sour Cream
8 Oz Fat Free Cool Whip
mix together
 
Put this in to Fat Free Graham Cracker Crust...
 
Chill for 2-4 hours

I made this pie last night. 

Changes: I made a flaky regular crust rather than graham cracker crust and real sour cream, real cool whip, regular vanilla pudding.

Misty....this is my recipe.....it's great with all fat free.....if you are
watching your fat intake.  You'd never know it was FF

I made this and we loved it. The only thing I used diet was sour cream. The rest of the stuff was what I had on hand. Thanks for a great recipe.

Made this again tonight for my poor hubby who is still working 12-14 hr days
in all this heat.
 
This time, I used two cans of PEACHES.....cut them into small pieces...
kinda like "crushed pineapple"  maybe a little larger.....used about the
same amount of juice that you would use when using the crushed pineapple.
Everything else was the same....I always use Vanilla Cool Whip.
 
This turned out WONDERFUL!
Also.....a graham cracker crust is good....but a shortbreadcookie crust
is even BETTER!
