All I can say is you are still in DENIAL. I was in denial for almost 5 years...the docs were wrong, I wasn't diabetic, I didn't need meds, etc. All I could think of was that if anyone knew I was DIABETIC, they would think only one thing....I was fat and lazy. I was diagnosed at age 55 after I became inactive after knee surgery. I trained horses up to that time so was able to control sugars through exercise...even though I was fat, I wasn't lazy. If you are young...PLEASE, take care of yourself. You don't want the complications that come with this disease. Your life can be full with proper management. |
