Over the week end I went to the Yuku website and set up another Diabetes Living message board for everyone to try.  When we first heard MSN was closing, we thought it would be good to check out various sources for free message boards.

I set it up in sections:

Chat Lounge
General Discussion
UsefulInformation

Some of us tried out the chat room and it is identical to the one at Aimoo that Wayne set up.

The General Discussion area has a thread for daily posting (like we do here) and another are to enter your morning blood sugars.  I know that members on Diabetes Community like to do that.

In the Useful Information I have put some of the web site links we have here, including the Perspecitives.

When you join, Yuku will sent you an activation Email before you can post.  But you can view it anytime, as it is open to the public.

I'd like to hear some feedback.

So now we have two choices to look at.

Suzanna

It's also easy to EDIT your posts at YUKU!

I should have also mentioned YUKU supports all major browsers and operating systems including Windows, Apple and Linux.

I like the Yuku website. It is so much easier and friendlier to handle. I do hope many of the people from this board join us over there. This site was good while it lasted, but how many times we could not access it. We need to thank you Suz and Trek in locating this site.

The site seems to be user friendly and I have joined but will follow the managers' lead.
