Hi Everyone,
We are officially on Yuku now. Come visit us there. Let's make the new board as vibrant and friendly as this board has been on MSN.

Looking forward to seeing you at our new home.

HMBalison

Hi All-
I tried to sign in at fhe new site of [email protected] but when I went through the enrolling it said diabetesliving was not on their system.  Don't know what I did wrong .  But is it really that hard to get on the new site?  Don't want to do that again.

Simon, I am sorry you are having problems joining Yuku.  The address you posted would be an Email address ... if that is where you went then you wouldn't be able to sign up.

Click the link Trekker gave in her post and it will take you directly to the main page.  Up at the top of the page is "Sign Up" in black.  Click on that and it will take you through the process.  You'll have to wait for an activation Email before you can post.

If you still have the same problem and get something back that says Diabetes Living isn't in their system, would you copy and paste exactly what you get?  I will report it to Yuku support.

Thanks and good luck.  We sure want you to join the group.

Suzanna

I found the place and.....can even post.  The day you sent the bulletin I kept being told the name/password was not recognized.

Bren, I'm going to submit a question to Yuku support to see how you can retrieve your password, or if you need to sign up again or what!  Miss you!

Bren, I got two responses.  One person suggested going to the help desk and submitting a ticket (request for help), but they said they are backlogged and it could take 2-3 days.  The link is:  http://helpdesk.yuku.com

Here is a quote from the second response:

It's been a long time since I tried it, but the Forgot Password link in the navigation bar worked well for me the time I had to use it. I believe the trick to making it work is knowing the e-mail address associated with the account.

If the member knows neither her e-mail or password, then the ticket route is necessary.

If you go to www.yuku.com  the Navigation bar is up in the top right hand corner.

Hope one of these suggestions helps.  Keep me posted.  You can Email me at:  SuzannaOR  @  Yahoo.  com   (without the spaces, of course )
