I READ EVERYTHING AND MUST SAY THAT I'M NOT ABLE TO ADVICE YOU HERE. It seems to me that you got some good advice from the others.
What I would say is to be careful that you don't take too many vitamins and drugs. Try to take the minimum that works. If something doesn't show to work drop it. That is what I would do.
