Hi Christine,

Yeesh, I guess eating skittles does seem counter intiuitive. I can skip the candy, but I doubt a brownie, cake or garlic knot will help in a low and that's what I really like :)
My complex has a nice gym in it, so I just started using it. I would like to build up muscle in addition to cardio. I guess it would look funny to have someone walk in on me popping lifesavers while walking on the treadmill. Can I ask, how many units of Lantus do you take (at night or are you on the split dose?) and what's your carb to insulin ratio?

Pam
