We've all heard of placing microchips in our animals so if they are lost they can be traced back to us.

How do you feel about every baby born having a microchip implanted in them?

Is there benefits for doing so?

Is there a danger in having a chip implanted under the skin to a newborn?

I have grandchildren and I want them to be safe, but are we really in need of something like this.  Such a thing seems like we would be headed towards a "1984" totalitarian type situation

I do not see that there are benefits to doing this.

No kids either. But I don't think THAT is necessary.I think something like that would be better served implanted in an Alzheimmer patient.I here of them wandering away from home all the time over the radio & tv.

I don't believe I would want one in my kids.  I would be concerned about having something like that in a human.

Adair- Good site- Sure says it all..... I wish I had not used one in my dog now in the past.

" Such a thing seems like we would be headed towards a "1984" totalitarian type situation"  We've been there for years.  Everyone is a number, the government knows our numbers wherever we go.  They've been watching us for a very long time.
