Reasons to exercise:
1. Burns calories
2. Wakes up your metabolism
3. Helps keeps your joints limber
4. Helps combat osteoporosis
5. Building muscle means you burn more calories as muscle burns more calories every day/part of metabolic rate.
6. Fun to do.
7. I love to sweat
8. A way I show myself that I matter, I love myself enough to find the time to do it.
9. Helps with job stress
10. I feel better mentally all around after I exercise.
