slim fast bars..or shakes..granola bars, but some of them things r like chewin on particle board i don't really use any diet...at dinner or lunch i use the smaller plate, it looks like u have more...in stead of the hog portion platter...lol lots, and lots of water... |

As for granola bars, I have 2 for lunch(period)& a diet soda.Sometimes when Dh coaxes me into snacking, we usually have ice-cream.I've convinced myself that it's MY form of calcium no matter what flavor(chocolate of course) |

I like to keep fresh fruit around; especially bananas and/or apples. I usually have some candied ginger around the house also. adair |

Popcorn while not exactly "good" for you, is a filling munchie. apples and oranges are high on my list of snacks. |

I eat the Quaker granola bars...w/ chocolate chips and I tried the one with butterfinger, mmm mmm good...and on weight watchers, it's only 2 pts. each.. I also eat fresh fruit and at nite.....after dinner...I sometimes crave salt, because I was a Potatochipaholic...so I eat triscuits, lol......8 are only 2 pts., lol....I LOVE the snacks that are 2 pts., lol.. |

My StepDd used to keep frozen bananas for his kids.Sounds great!Dh loves bananas .Around this time of year comes the Golden Delicious Apples, I LUUUV those! Think I'll dump the chips & head over to the Produce ilse. |

I like the slim fast bars but not the shakes.Vegs even though i don't care much for them so I mix them with riceso I'll eat them robyn |
