My husband is a wonderfully creative photographer. Not just the ordinary everyday photographs, but he does different, unique and creative things now with this artform.
Most recently, since we returned from Egypt, he is taking some of the photographs from past trips, like to Morrocco and other Meditteranean sites. and making them into a sort of "lithographic photograph" which I will attempt to post to show them.

They are beyond beautiful.,and very perfect for anyone's home who loves things that are "different"

I know he and I both love different art.

Before we married, in the 3 months we had known each other, we obtained for our eventual wedding, our first purchase, and it wasn't a couch, or even a "Hope Chest", it was a piece of art, an Oil painting from an Italian painter, very very huge, which we still have hanging 38 years later.

The painting is of an old ship, on the high seas......it's seas are ink black, (not blue because Ralph says the sea in deep ocean waters, is actually black.,and he should know having been in the Coast Guard for 4 years)

Anyway, I'll try to post a few of his artwork  here.

It's really getting to be quite different in his older age.

As for his astrology, I 'd say his 12th house (of Neptune), Mercury conj. Chiron.is his manner of getting out of him, the beauty that only he sees until it's on paper for others to glimpse too.

His Sun in Libra, conjoined to Neptune in LIbra, for the aesthetic beauty of his work (11th house.), for the masses to appreciate.

In a past lifetime, he probably was the great Civil War Photographer,
or as he has glimpsed this period of time, his assistant.,who photographed the Civil War years and Abraham Lincoln on the battlefields.

If he was not Matthew Brady (the Civil War photographer), then he may have been an assistant to Brady.......as he glimpsed himself in dreams and in reverie, (meditations), as having been there, and sees himself, carrying a large view camera, and on the battlefields, capturing the battles......many times.

Brady is typically remembered as one of the nation's first photojournalists, a visual historian whose work illustrates almost every serious book on the bloody conflict. But in reality, he was more like a modern movie producer. Brady intended to build a business out of selling images that fed Americans' obsession with the war surrounding them, a potential market that either didn't develop or was too brief to bring him lasting financial success. For that and other little-understood reasons, the nation's most prominent photographer before and during the war faded soon afterward, dying a broken and penniless man.

(sounds like Ralph's ongoing luck!! ) his NN conj. Algol.

look at this art, it's incredible and looks like art not photographs!

It's more of a lithograph he has created out of a photo he took in Vienna this year.
