Hello fellow members.
I'm not sure how far back you can do research for but I would like to find out as much information as I can about the following family:
Thomas BEAN, who was the son of Thomas BEANE, was baptised on Tuesday 18th August 1711 at St Mary’s Church, Portsea. He became a blacksmith and married Elizabeth PITT on either12 or 20 May 1734 in St. Mary's, South Hayling, Hampshire. Elizabeth, who had been baptised at Portsea on 24 December 1716, was the daughter of Thomas PITT and Frances MEDSTONE. During the following 23 years Thomas and Elizabeth had 13 children, all with their births or baptisms recorded on Hayling.
Thomas BEAN died in October 1761 and was buried on 11 October 1761. His wife, Elizabeth BEAN, I believe died just a few weeks before her husband circa 31 August 1761.She was buried on 31 August 1761 in South Hayling, Hampshire
Thank you in advance for your help. Lyn de Klerk
