Now Judy i checked out Deaths in the Waterford Library Unfortunately it Does not list him.
There May have been a Local Newspaper But i would have doubts.

What i Suggest is to Email Waterford Library.
There very helpfull, there may have been some documentation Because of his link to the Marquis

Hi Mike

I have looked through some paperwork and another spelling possibility is Matchin. There is also a possibility that maybe some of William and Jane's children as well as Jane were born in Tipperary.

Didn't know that about the first and second Marqueses.
